SongBase

Developed by Donald G Gray and offered for the great price of free, the SongBase software application can be used to create music. Get SongBase (formerly Song Builder) up and running on a Windows-powered PC or laptop and you can use it to create music – music that includes instrumental voices and a percussion track.

To get SongBase up and running on a Windows-powered computer you must complete a standard installation procedure. I remind you that a standard installation procedure goes something like this: download an installer -> run it -> when a setup wizard shows up onscreen, click through the steps it presents. Once the installation process completes, you will see three new shortcuts on your desktop: SongBase, SongBase – Setup, and SongBase – Documentation.
